i don’t celebrate valentines day. i love simon pegg. he is brilliant. so instead i celebrate simon pegg’s birthday as it too is on february 14th. and so today i would like to wish one of my favorite people a very happy birthday.

I’m so torn.

I’m looking forward to going home and seeing my friends and family because I miss them a lot.

But oh my god I cannot get over how much I love this country.

I really really really love it here. 

I teared up a little on the tube today.

Like a goddamn pansy.

I love the people.

I love the culture.

I love its proximity to Europe.

I love the way it looks.

I love pints.

I love my job.

I love love LOVE my co workers.

I love everyone I met at BAMMA.

And this, this is the one that really scares me.

I sat down and had a really serious chat with myself about my future.

And I realised that I would be okay with not having a real New York bagel or slice of pizza for a few years if it meant I was living here.

I…

I think a part of me is dead.

No but seriously.

I’m not ready to leave.

I want to take my whole life in America and just stick it in London.
